The price, in writing, before the work starts
Most lawyers can’t tell you what a case will cost. I can, because I price each stage before it begins, and I cap the ones that can run long.

How I charge
Three models, chosen stage by stage. Most cases use the first two; you’ll see which applies before anything is billed.
Fixed fee
When the work is predictable
Case assessments, demand letters, pleadings and mediation. The price is the price, however many hours it takes me.

When it can run long
