IN SHORT
I collect only what you send me, and what I need to run this website.
I never sell your information or use it for advertising.
You can ask me to see, correct or delete it at any time.
01
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone number, company and what you tell me about your matter. When you visit the site, basic technical information is logged: your browser, device type and the pages you view.
02
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, run a conflict check, and, if you hire me, to represent you. Technical information is used only to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
03
Who I share it with
No one, except the service providers that host this site and my email, under agreements that keep your information confidential. If a court orders disclosure, I will tell you unless the law prevents it.
04
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t become matters are deleted after 12 months. Client files are kept for seven years after a matter closes, as New York rules require.
05
Your rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows. Write to the address below and I’ll respond within 30 days.
06
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, and privacy-friendly analytics that don’t track you across other sites. There are no advertising cookies.
